14. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 205, s. 15 (part); 1990, c. 4, s. 447.
14. Proceedings under this act shall be taken in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15); Part II of that act shall apply to such proceedings. No proceeding for infraction of section 8 shall be taken except with the written authorization of the Minister.
