3. Subject to sections 4.1 to 14.1, the public may not be admitted to a commercial establishment on
(1)  1 January;
(2)  2 January;
(3)  Easter Sunday;
(4)  24 June;
(5)  1 July;
(6)  the first Monday in September;
(7)  25 December;
(8)  (paragraph repealed).
