51. Appeal is brought by a motion filed in the office of the Court of Québec of the chief place of the judicial district of the domicile or of the establishment of the applicant within fifteen days of the receipt of the decision by the applicant; the motion is served on the board, which shall then send to the court the record relating to the decision.
