27. Notwithstanding any inconsistent legislative provision, municipal corporations and school boards, the Conseil scolaire de l’île de Montréal, the Commission de la santé et de la sécurité du travail and the Commission des normes du travail may grant subsidies to the commissions, with the authorization of the Government.
The parity committees established under the Act respecting collective agreement decrees (chapter D-2) or the Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and manpower management in the construction industry (chapter R-20), the employers’ associations and associations of employees may also grant subsidies to the commissions.
