71. Every agreement holder shall pay, in respect of the timber harvested during the term of his forest management permit, such amount of dues as is obtained by multiplying the volume of timber harvested by the applicable unit rate, less any credits to which the agreement holder may be entitled pursuant to this Act. The dues are payable by the agreement holder at the times determined by government regulation.

71. Every agreement holder shall pay, in respect of the timber harvested during the term of his forest management permit, such amount of dues as is obtained by multiplying the volume of timber harvested by the applicable unit rate, less any credits to which the agreement holder may be entitled pursuant to this Act. The dues are payable according to the terms and conditions set out in section 73.3.1.

71. The agreement holder shall pay the dues prescribed by the Minister on the basis of the volume of timber harvested under the forest management permit.
The dues are equal to the amount obtained by multiplying the volume of harvested timber by the applicable unit rate.

71. The agreement holder shall, each year, pay the dues prescribed by the Minister for the carrying out of the agreement on the basis of the timber volume allocated under the agreement.
The dues are equal to 75 % of the product of the allocated volume and the applicable unit rate.
