Section 28 Disposition versions

28. No person may operate a machine used for a forest management activity on the bed of a lake or watercourse, except

(1)  for the purpose of erecting a bridge or a culvert or completing bridging work;

(2)  in accordance with the norms prescribed by regulation under the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2), where such is the case.

28. No person may operate a machine used for a forest management activity on the bed of a lake or watercourse nor dump into it earth, slash, oil, chemical products or other contaminants of the same nature contemplated in the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2) while carrying on such an activity.
