189. The employee who seizes timber under section 187 shall draw up a minute setting out, in particular,
(1)  the grounds for the seizure;
(2)  the place where the timber was seized;
(3)  the date and time of the seizure;
(4)  the quantity and the description of the timber seized;
(5)  the name of the person from whom the timber is seized or of the person responsible for the premises, or an indication of the fact that there was no one on the premises;
(6)  any information permitting to identify the persons who may have an interest in the timber;
(7)  the name and capacity of the seizor.

189. An employee who discovers that timber contemplated in section 187 or 188 is mixed with other timber so as to make it impossible or very difficult to distinguish one from the other may seize all the timber with which it is mixed as if all the timber were contemplated in section 187 or 188.
