65. Section 64 has the same effect as a certification granted by the Administrative Labour Tribunal for two separate employee groups, namely:
(1)  public servants other than workmen;
(2)  workmen.
The Administrative Labour Tribunal decides all disputes respecting the effective exclusion or inclusion of a public servant or a class of public servants from or in either of such groups, and has the power to cancel the certification and grant another upon the conditions prescribed by the Labour Code.

65. Section 64 has the same effect as a certification granted by the Commission des relations du travail under the Labour Code (chapter C-27) for two separate employee groups, namely:
(1)  public servants other than workmen;
(2)  workmen.
The Commission des relations du travail decides all disputes respecting the effective exclusion or inclusion of a public servant or a class of public servants from or in either of such groups, and has the power to cancel the certification and grant another upon the conditions prescribed by the Labour Code.
