20. (Repealed).

20. With the authorization of a judge of the Superior Court and on the conditions he may fix, the director general and the persons designated by him in writing may consult documents relating to contributions and expenditures and make copies of them.
Every person exercising the powers vested in him by this section must, on demand, exhibit a certificate signed by the director general or the secretary attesting his authority.
