111. The board may summon witnesses, including the parties, and examine them under oath or solemn affirmation.
Witnesses shall be summoned in writing by the secretary on the demand of a party or of the chairman of the division.
The writing must be mailed to the witnesses at least ten days before the day of the hearing.
However, a summons may also be made in the manner and within the time allowed in articles 280 to 284 of the Code of Civil Procedure, mutatismutandis.
