Disposition versions
156. Any loan, line of credit, special loan or subsidy granted under any of the Acts replaced by this Act continues to be governed by the replaced Acts.
Any loan, line of credit, special loan or subsidy for which a written application is received by the Office or the lender before 10 October 1988 is granted under the replaced Acts if the applicant so requires.
