145. Every person who, within ten years from the obtaining of a subsidy under sections 81 and 85, uses or allows to be used for purposes other than farming, without the authorization of the Office, the farming business or the farm in respect of which the subsidy was granted, shall immediately reimburse to the Office every amount received in respect of that subsidy.
