174. The Minister of Education, Recreation and Sports and the Minister of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology are responsible for the administration of this Act, in the areas within their respective jurisdictions.

174. The Minister of Education, Recreation and Sports is responsible for the administration of this Act.

As regards higher education, the functions of the Minister of Education, Recreation and Sports provided for in this Act are assigned to the Minister of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology. Order in Council 878-2012 dated 20 September 2012, (2012) 144 G.O. 2 (French), 4872.
174. The Minister of Education is responsible for the administration of this Act.
