Disposition versions
590. Section 1 of the Act respecting municipal taxation (chapter F-2.1) is amended by replacing the definition of “school board” by the following definition:
““school board” means the Conseil scolaire de l’Île de Montréal or a school board governed by the Act respecting public elementary and secondary education (chapter E-8.1);”.
