582. Section 42 of the said Act is replaced by the following section:

“42. The permit shall oblige the institution holding it

(a)  to offer the full range of compulsory and optional subjects prescribed by the official school policy or determined by the Minister and provide the official curriculum or program determined by the Minister under the Act respecting public elementary and secondary education (chapter E-8.1) or offer the curricula or programs adopted in accordance with the regulations contemplated in section 18 of the General and Vocational Colleges Act (chapter C-29) in each area of vocational training contemplated in the permit;

(b)  to employ teachers who possess the required qualifications within the meaning of the regulations contemplated in section 452 of the Act respecting public elementary and secondary education or in section 18 of the General and Vocational Colleges Act;

(c)  to present its pupils for the uniform examinations held by the Minister or under his authority, which certify the completion of such studies.”.
