Disposition versions
581. Section 38 of the said Act is replaced by the following section:
“38. An educational institution for handicapped children shall comply with the official curriculum or program approved by the Minister and employ teachers having the required qualifications within the meaning of the regulations contemplated in section 452 of the Act respecting public elementary and secondary education (chapter E-8.1).”.
