Disposition versions
544. Section 79 of the Charter of the French language (chapter C-11) is amended by replacing the second paragraph by the following paragraph:
“However, every school body shall, where necessary, avail itself of the second paragraph of section 262 of the Act respecting public elementary and secondary education (chapter E-8.1) to arrange for the instruction in English of any child declared eligible therefor.”
