385. When the opposition to the seizure and sale is dismissed, the court shall order the bailiff entrusted with making the same, or any other bailiff, to proceed with the writ of seizure, and, upon the delivery to him of such writ and of a copy of the judgment, the bailiff shall proceed with the sale of the movables seized, after notice given in the manner provided in the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25).
