291. The school board shall determine the time allotted to each subject and satisfy itself
(1)  that the compulsory objectives are achieved and the compulsory contents of the official programs of studies are acquired;
(2)  that the time prescribed for Catholic or Protestant moral and religious values instruction by the Catholic committee or the Protestant committee, as the case may be, is respected;
(3)  that the rules on the certification of studies provided in the official school policy are complied with.
