110. The territory of Québec shall be divided into territories for French-speaking school boards and territories for English-speaking school boards. English-speaking school boards shall be established for the education of those children who may receive instruction in English according to law, and for adult education as determined by the school board and according to demand.
A school board shall be established in each territory determined by order of the Government published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
After consultation with the school board and on the favourable advice of the Commission de toponymie established by the Charter of the French language (chapter C-11), the Government shall determine the name of the school board by an order published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
