19. Anyone who
(1)  provides information, when making a disclosure under section 17.0.1, that they know to be false or misleading, or
(2)  contravenes section 17.0.4,
is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,000 to $20,000 in the case of a natural person and $10,000 to $250,000 in all other cases.
The fines are doubled for a subsequent offence.

19. Any person who hinders the action of the Authority or a person it has authorized in the exercise of a power under section 9, 10, 12 or 13 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $5,000.
The fine is doubled in the event of a second or subsequent offence.
