115.5. A party who wishes to have witnesses heard and to produce documents shall proceed in the manner prescribed by the rules of evidence and procedure.

115.5. The Tribunal may require the submission or delivery of any document related to the object of the hearing. The Tribunal has the power to return such documents or to determine what should be done with them.
A person who has delivered documents to the Tribunal may inspect them or copy them at the person’s own expense, by arrangement with the Tribunal.
