101. The Tribunal may accept a pleading despite a defect of form or an irregularity.

101. The Government shall determine the remuneration, employee benefits and other conditions of employment of the members of the Tribunal.
Once determined, a member’s remuneration may not be reduced.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the additional remuneration attaching to the duties of president and vice-president of the Tribunal shall cease when those functions cease to be exercised.
