363. The deputy returning officer, the poll clerk and the representatives use the tally sheet provided by the Chief Electoral Officer for the counting of votes.

363. The deputy returning officer shall open the ballot box, count the votes by taking, one by one, the ballot papers placed in the ballot box and allow each person present to examine them.
