294. Inmates are presumed to be domiciled at the address of their domicile on the date of imprisonment.

294. The chief electoral officer shall, no later than the fourteenth day preceding polling day, send to each elector the list of candidates in his electoral division and, to the places determined by order of the Government, the list of candidates in each electoral division.
