277. Electors place the ballot paper in the unidentified envelope provided, seal the envelope and place it in the ballot box provided for that purpose.

277. The chief electoral officer shall cause the ballot papers for the electoral divisions where the inmates are domiciled to be printed, according to the model provided in Schedule III.
The chief electoral officer shall transmit to the returning officer referred to in section 275 the sealed ballot box containing the ballot papers, the list of electors of the house of detention, the poll book and the materials required for the poll.
