225. An elector who is registered by a special board of revisors may not vote in the advance poll.

The returning officer shall transmit free of charge, to each municipality or school board that applies therefor and whose territory is comprised in whole or in part in the electoral division, a certified copy of the abstract of changes made to the list of electors for each polling subdivision comprised in that territory.
