191. The revising officers work together; in no case may they act individually. If they disagree, the matter is submitted to the board of revisors, which makes a decision immediately; the revising officers are bound by the decision.

191. The secretary of the board of revisors shall have, in particular, the duty of drawing up notices of hearings and summonses of witnesses, assisting the board in the performance of its work and recording all decisions of the board.

191. The returning officer shall also establish a mobile filing office to receive applications from electors lodged in a facility maintained by an institution referred to in section 3. The office, on request, shall, until Thursday of the second week preceding the week of the poll, go to any elector who is unable to move about.
