184. The recommendations are made by the person designated in writing for that purpose by the leader or chief executive officer of the party.
Recommendations must be received by the returning officer not later than the twenty-seventh day before polling day.
The returning officer may refuse a recommendation on reasonable grounds. In that case, the returning officer requests a new recommendation.
If no recommendation has been received or if the person recommended is not a qualified elector, the returning officer makes the appointment without further formality.

184. The returning officer shall appoint two revisors not later than Wednesday of the fourth week preceding that of the poll.
The first revisor shall be appointed on the recommendation of the authorized party that ranked first in the last election or of the independent Member elected as such if his nomination paper has been filed.
The second revisor shall be appointed on the recommendation of the authorized party that ranked second in the last election.

184. Any error in the entry of the name or the designation of an elector on a list of electors may be corrected upon an application filed in a filing office by the elector.
