156. The enumerators shall visit every dwelling situated in the polling subdivision assigned to them, first between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and again between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., unless they are certain that they registered every qualified elector on their first visit.
At each dwelling where the enumerators receive no answer on their first visit, they shall leave a card in the prescribed form indicating the date and time of their second visit.
