410. The official agent of an authorized party may, with the approval of the leader of the party, appoint the required number of deputies and authorize them to incur or authorize election expenses up to the amount fixed by him in their deed of appointment. That amount may be changed at all times, in writing, by the official agent before he files his return of election expenses.
All election expenses incurred by a deputy of the official agent are deemed to have been incurred by the official agent up to the amount fixed in the deed of appointment.
Every deputy shall furnish to the official agent of the party a detailed account of the expenses incurred or authorized by him.
