324. An official representative or a delegate may resign by sending a written notice to that effect to the chief electoral officer and to the person designated under section 320, or, if none, to the leader of the party.
Where an authorized entity no longer has an official representative, another official representative shall be appointed without delay and the chief electoral officer shall be so informed in writing.
The chief electoral officer shall publish in the Gazette officielle du Québec a notice of the resignation or replacement of an official representative or of a delegate.
