241. The ballot paper must permit each candidate to be clearly identified.
It must contain on the obverse, in alphabetical order, first, the surname and given name of the candidate of each authorized party and then those of the other candidates; these given names and surnames must be spelled as in the nomination paper. The name of the authorized party must appear under the name of the candidate of that party; the indication “independent” must be entered under the name of the independent candidate if he has indicated it in his nomination paper.
It must contain on the reverse, a space reserved for the initials of the deputy returning officer, the name and address of the printer and the designation of the electoral division.
