132. The board of revisors and every revisor duly authorized by it have the right to make an inquiry to ensure that a person already entered on the electoral list, or who applies to be, is entitled to be entered on it. The person may be assisted by an advocate.
For the purposes of the inquiry, the board of revisors may summon witnesses by way of the prescribed form. The summons shall be served by the investigating assistants.
Service is made by remitting the form to the person concerned, or at his domicile, to a reasonable person. If the form cannot be served, it shall be left at the address of the domicile of the person concerned.
A minute of the service shall be drawn up by the investigating assistants in accordance with the prescribed form and remitted to the board of revisors.
