109. Every elector registered on the electoral list of a polling subdivision may, if he finds that the name of a person has been entered on the list of the same polling subdivision although he is not entitled to be registered thereon, go to a filing office to file an application to have the name of the person struck from the list.
The elector shall declare under oath that, to his knowledge, the person whose name he is requesting to be struck from the list is not entitled to be registered on the electoral list of that polling subdivision.

109. Every elector registered on the list of electors of a polling subdivision may, if he finds that the name of a person has been entered on the list of the same polling subdivision although he is not qualified to vote, go to a revision office to file an application to have the name of the person struck from the list.
The elector shall declare under oath that, to his knowledge, the person whose name he is requesting to be struck from the list is not qualified to vote.
