60. From eight o’clock in the evening on polling day, the person designated shall proceed, for each advance polling station, with the counting of the votes in the presence of an agent designated by each authorized party. The counting of the votes is effected at the office of the director general of elections in accordance with sections 117 to 121, mutatismutandis.
