312. The returning officer shall send to the Minister of Finance detailed accounts, accompanied by vouchers, of the remuneration and expenses of the election officers, the election clerk and his assistants and of the expenses he has incurred because of an election.
These accounts are paid directly to the persons to whom they are due.
