E-3.1 - Election Act
Section 1
Disposition versions
1. In this act, unless the context indicates otherwise,
(1) “official agent”, “authorized association” and “authorized party” have the same meaning as in the Act to govern the financing of political parties (chapter F-2);
(2) “electoral division” and “electoral precinct” mean a territorial division effected in view of the election of a member to the National Assembly in accordance with the Act respecting electoral representation (chapter R-24.1).
For the purposes of this act, the word “oath” includes a solemn affirmation.
