79. A reserve for public purposes is established by serving a notice of establishment of a reserve, containing the particulars provided for in section 40, upon the owner of the immovable and the holder of the immovable real right.
Section 40.1 applies to the establishment of a reserve.

79. A reserve for public purposes shall be established in the same manner as expropriation, by applying sections 39 to 41 and 44 mutatismutandis, except for lessees having unregistered leases or occupants.
A reserve established under this section shall have effect from the registration of the notice of establishment of the reserve, and of the plan and description or general plan, as the case may be, and of the authorization of the Government where that is required.
