57. In case of resistance to the taking of possession, the expropriating party who has obtained the right to take possession of the immoveable from a judge of the Superior Court may obtain a writ of possession executory in the usual manner.
Costs incurred by the expropriating party to be put in possession shall be deducted from the indemnity payable to the expropriated party.
