16. (Repealed).

16. A judge of the Court of Appeal may, upon motion, annul summarily any order or injunction issued or granted contrary to section 15.

16. The members of the tribunal shall be subject to the supervision, orders, and control of the chairman or, as the case may be, the vice-chairman of the tribunal as regards the distribution of cases, holding of sittings and generally the exercise of the duties and powers of the members.
