9.4. Not later than 10 days before the public meeting, the director general of the English-language school service centre shall publish, in a newspaper having general circulation in the territory of the English-language school service centre, a notice indicating the place, day, time and purpose of the meeting, and transmit a copy thereof, along with a certified copy of the division proposal, to the Commission de la représentation.
