60. Not later than 35 days before polling day, the returning officer shall give to every candidate, free of charge and in the form requested, a copy of the list of electors for the electoral division where he has filed for nomination or, if the candidate is running for a community representative seat, a copy of the list of electors for the English-language school service centre.
