220. Every person who is guilty of an offence under section 212.1, either of paragraphs 2 and 3 of section 213, any of paragraphs 1 to 3, 6, 7 and 9 of sections 214 or section 218 is liable to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 in the case of a natural person or, in the case of a legal person, to a fine of not less than $300 nor more than $3,000, and for any subsequent conviction, to a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $2,000 in the case of a natural person, or in the case of a legal person, to a fine of not less than $600 nor more than $6,000.

Every person who is guilty of an offence under either of paragraphs 2 and 3 of section 213, any of paragraphs 1 to 3, 6, 7 and 9 of sections 214 or section 218 is liable to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1 000 in the case of a natural person or, in the case of a legal person, to a fine of not less than $300 nor more than $3 000, and for any subsequent conviction, to a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $2 000 in the case of a natural person, or in the case of a legal person, to a fine of not less than $600 nor more than $6 000.

Every person who is guilty of an offence under either of paragraphs 2 and 3 of section 213, any of paragraphs 1 to 3, 6, 7 and 9 of sections 214 or section 218 is liable to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1 000 in the case of a natural person or, in the case of a legal person, to a fine of not less than $300 nor more than $3 000, and for any subsequent offence within two years of a conviction for the same offence, to a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $2 000 in the case of a natural person, or in the case of a legal person, to a fine of not less than $600 nor more than $6 000.
