210. The Government shall, by regulation, determine rules for the fixing of the amount of election expenses that may be reimbursed to a person who is running for a seat reserved for an elected member on an English-language school service centre’s board of directors. The rules may vary depending on whether the candidate is running for a community representative or parent representative seat.
The regulation comes into force 15 days after the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any later date fixed therein.

The rules may vary depending on whether the candidate is running for the office of chair or another seat on the council.
