E-2.3 - Act respecting school elections to elect certain members of the boards of directors of English-language school service centres

209.32. The judge having jurisdiction to rule on an application under sections 209.29 to 209.31 is a judge of the Court of Québec of the judicial district where all or part of the territory of the English-language school service centre is situated.
No application made under any of sections 209.29 to 209.31 may be heard unless a notice of at least three clear days is given by the applicant to the director general of the English-language school service centre and to every candidate for the office concerned at the last election.
