E-2.3 - Act respecting school elections to elect certain members of the boards of directors of English-language school service centres

194. The term of an elected member of an English-language school service centre’s board of directors who, after being elected, ceases to meet the eligibility requirements set forth in section 20 or 20.1, as applicable, or who is disqualified or became disqualified during his term of office ends on the date on which the judgment declaring him ineligible or disqualified becomes res judicata.
Any elector of the English-language school service centre may bring an action to have a person who is running for, holds or has held a seat on the school service centre’s board of directors declared ineligible or disqualified.
The Attorney General and the English-language school service centre may bring the action.

194. The term of a commissioner who ceases after his election to meet the requirements for election set forth in section 20 or who is disqualified or became disqualified during his term of office ends on the date on which the judgment declaring him ineligible or disqualified becomes res judicata.
Any elector of a school board in which a person is a candidate for, holds or has held a seat on the council of commissioners may bring an action to declare that person ineligible or disqualified.
The Attorney General and the school board may bring the action.
