E-2.3 - Act respecting school elections to elect certain members of the boards of directors of English-language school service centres

192. An elected member of the English-language school service centre’s board of directors may resign from office by transmitting a writing to that effect signed by him to the secretary general of the English-language school service centre.
The term of the elected member of the English-language school service centre’s board of directors ends on the date of transmission of the writing or on any later date specified therein.
The secretary general shall transmit the writing to the English-language school service centre’s board of directors at the next sitting.

192. A school commissioner may resign from office by transmitting a writing to that effect signed by him to the secretary general of the school board.
The term of the commissioner ends on the date of transmission of the writing or on any later date specified therein.
The secretary general shall transmit the writing to the council of commissioners at the next sitting.
