11.7. The Ethics Commissioner appointed under the Code of ethics and conduct of the Members of the National Assembly (chapter C-23.1) shall, by regulation, after consultation with the Premier, adopt rules of ethics applicable to office staff. The regulation is published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
