Full text
46. The majority of the permanent members of the Board may, at a meeting called therefor by the chairman, prescribe by order rules of procedure and practice applicable to the conduct of proceedings and to the hearing of complaints before the Board.
Every order made under this section must be approved by the Gouvernement and, if so approved, shall come into force ten days after the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
